What it is
- Audio-only monitoring over WebRTC — Monitor from a spare phone or a dedicated ESP32 board you build yourself
- Local noise gate — the Monitor only streams when there's sound
- Cry and disconnect alerts (vibration, notification, and an audible beep, each independently toggleable) plus push-to-talk on the Parent phone
- Pairing by QR code, six-digit code, or local-network discovery
- A convenience signaling relay is provided by default, but everything's self-hostable — see Privacy

Privacy
Audio flows directly between the Monitor and the Parent phone, encrypted end-to-end by WebRTC's own DTLS-SRTP. Read the full privacy policy for exactly what the signaling relay does and does not see.
